“I started my monthly membership with Empire Fitness a year ago and thanks to Jackie & Amanda I’m healthier and might be on this earth a little longer for my kids!!!

I was given workouts that fit into my schedule and that worked for me. I had a shoulder injury that at first was tough to work through my exercises but my coach guided me through and with each day my shoulder became stronger and the pain went away all together! My PT couldn’t even make that happen!! If there was a workout I did not like my coach worked with me and found a different exercise that I enjoyed. She is passionate about what she does and truly wants to make your life better!

She helped me understand macros & calories and what my body needed to function day to day. The Empire Fitness coaches were by me every step of the way with weekly check-ins and monthly coach calls and an inspiring Facebook page to keep me motivated. My coach even checked my MyFitnessPal food log to keep me accountable and if there was something in there that wasn’t the best choice, she worked with me to find other healthier options. I felt like I was never alone!

Thanks to Empire Fitness and being with them for a year I not only achieved my goals I learned a lot too to keep me motivated and stay on track. I was 100% committed and it paid off! I’m not stopping anytime soon thanks to Jackie and Amanda!”

"Midway through my 2nd pregnancy I found out I had to have a c-section (I did not with my first). Although I walked on the treadmill throughout my entire pregnancy, since this was my 2nd pregnancy in less than 2 years, I was worried that after having a c-section it would be hard to get my pre baby body back. I was worried about exercising after a c-section, and I was also worried about finding the time to get back in shape with a one and a half year old and a newborn at home."

I decided to join Empire Fitness, as soon as I got the OK from my doctor to begin working out again (at 6 weeks postpartum). I was really excited to join the 12-week Post Natal program because after my first pregnancy when I started working out again I had lost my milk supply. I didn’t want that to happen again. In 12 weeks not only did I get my body back, but I was also able to keep a personal goal of nursing while working out! With their appropriate diet recommendations, I did not lose my milk supply. Empire Fitness created a customized workout schedule that fitted my needs, around the schedule of my crazy life. My coach was very helpful when it came to my workouts and my healing from surgery. I feel like my core is stronger than it was before. They taught me that I didn’t need to put hours in the gym to accomplish my goals. Empire Fitness has showed me a lifestyle change that will stick with me now that the program is over. They showed me I can have my baby and my body too and in a short 12 weeks I feel great again!'

I had gained weight over the last 10 years, and now wanted to get in shape for the birth of my future grandchildren! I loved getting weekly videos on nutrition and was given my own personal coach to work with me on an exercise program that suited me. I learned a lot regarding macronutrients, portion control, and how to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle. I lost the 10 lbs that was my goal, and now feel more fit and have learned to cook and eat healthier, but still not deprive myself of occasional indulgences in life! I highly recommend Empire Fitness because it was personalized, easy to communicate with my coach weekly, and done in the convenience of my home!”
