I loved getting weekly videos on nutrition and was given my own personal coach to work with me on an exercise program that suited me. I learned a lot regarding macronutrients, portion control, and how to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle. I lost the 10 lbs that was my goal, and now feel more fit and have learned to cook and eat healthier, but still not deprive myself of occasional indulgences in life!
