"I was on my way home from a week in Florida back in February. I was browsing on Instagram as I always do when I have some downtime. However, this time was different as I was scrolling through health and fitness pages... I've always been on the heavier side, but always wanted to get in shape. I've had trainers at gyms around the area, but had always been disappointed with the process of the trainers not giving me the attention I needed to be successful. Finding Empire Fitness has changed not only my fitness, but my inner as well as outer health. I have accomplished my goal of becoming a certified golf instructor, I quit my full time job to take a chance in life and I have started listening to my body when it needs rest. I'm not where I want to be just yet, but I am on a good roll and I'm not stopping anytime soon!
